Well, yeah. Ok.. everything is fine now.  We’ve got a new residence — I’ll post updates where necessary.  The ‘complex’ of townhouses that we live in is managed by a bevy of different companies, apparently.  We just happened to draw the lucky straw and get the one that went into foreclosure.
